Shipping Coverage
Tip Top Tyres delivers throughout South Africa. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your tyres directly to your door or preferred fitment center.
Shipping Costs
Delivery Timeframes
– Standard Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
– Free Delivery: Available on qualifying orders or during promotional periods
– All home delivery orders are delivered within 3 days from the date of dispatch, regardless of location.
– All fitment delivery orders are delivered within 3 from the date of dispatch in time for your fitment appointment
– You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to:
– Residential addresses
– Business addresses
– Fitment centres (you can specify at checkout)
Order Processing Time
– Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
– Orders placed after 2 PM or over weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
– Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.
– You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the courier’s website.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful:
– The courier will attempt a second delivery.
– If undelivered after two attempts, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
– A redelivery fee may apply if the address was incorrect or unattended.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or is incomplete:
– Contact us immediately at support@tiptoptyres.co.za
– Please provide photos and a description of the issue.
– We will assist with claims and arrange replacements if necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not offer international shipping. Delivery is limited to valid addresses within South Africa.
